
The Help for Helpless (H for H) Thathappilly Unit recently organized a crucial awareness class for the students of Thathappilly Government High School. The session was specifically designed to educate the youth on the importance of sanitation, environmental stewardship, and maintaining a healthy educational environment.
The core of the program focused on the theme: "Hygiene and Green Campus." The class was led by Dr. A. Anitha, Retired District Medical Officer and a respected committee member of H for H. Dr. Anitha delivered an insightful lecture highlighting the connection between personal hygiene, a clean environment, and overall community health.
The event was attended by key institutional representatives and H for H members, signifying the collaborative nature of the initiative.
The function featured speeches by School Headmistress Smt. Cini Joseph, H for H Captain M.K. Sasi, and Thathappilly Unit President Smt. Sulaikha Aneesh. Also present to lend their support were H for H Unit members P.K. Subramanian and Anitha Sanil, alongside C.J. Janakan, Chairman of the School Management Committee (SMC).
The awareness class successfully empowered the students to become active participants in promoting cleanliness and maintaining a sustainable, green campus environment within their school and beyond.
