On the occasion of Doctor's Day, the Help for Helpless (H for H) Thathappilly Unit observed the day by formally honoring prominent doctors in the region for their invaluable contributions to public health.
The unit dispatched a delegation to the residences of several distinguished medical professionals to present them with a 'Ponnada' (an honorary shawl) and sweets as a traditional gesture of gratitude and respect. This acknowledgment underscored the organization's appreciation for the selfless service rendered by the medical fraternity.
The doctors honored by the H for H Thathappilly Unit included Dr. Manu P. Vishwam, Orthopedic Surgeon at Ernakulam General Hospital, and President of H for H, Dr. K.G. Jayan, Chief Physician, Dr. A. Anitha, Retired District Medical Officer and Dr. Karthik Balachandran, Physician.
The delegation entrusted with presenting the honors comprised key officials and active members of the H for H Thathappilly Unit, including Shirly Sadanandan, Sulaikha Aneesh, Shari Reynold Annie, Seena Anil, Manjula, and Reynold.
Further showing organizational support, senior H for H functionaries were also present: Joseph Padayatti (Secretary), K.G. Anilkumar (Treasurer), and M.K. Sasi (Captain). The event successfully paid tribute to the dedication and tireless work of the doctors in ensuring community well-being.
