Activities
Current Activities
The scope of activities H FOR H has evolved and expanded significantly in the recent period, primarily from the effort to be flexible in catering to the needs of the community. So while retaining the reactive role of rushing to help accident victims and others who need help, the organization broadened its activities to the following areas:
- Awareness lessons on road safety
- Promotion of organ donation
- Training on Basic Life Support and First Aid
- Organizing medical camps
- Palliative Care with domiciliary care
H FOR H Team is fully trained and prepared to respond to major emergencies. During the floods in 2013, the local government authorities requested for the service of H for H team and our trained volunteers provided guidance for evacuation and mobilized support to evacuees in the Paravur area. A detailed list of activities conducted in 2012-2013 is given in our Annual Report for that period.
